Meet Billy
Billy Crow was born and raised in Festus, and graduated from Hillsboro High School in 2005. Except for a short time while at bible college, Billy is a lifelong resident of Jefferson County. A blue collar man in a blue collar county, Billy is a second generation local 36 union sheet metal worker. Married since 2007, Billy and his wife Lisa are raising their daughter Genevieve in Arnold.
Service to others is something that has always been a part of who Billy is. Early on he worked alongside Lisa as a summer missionary for the Jefferson Baptist Association. He also served other churches in many different ministry roles such as youth department, nursery, discipleship, & preaching.
Now Billy is currently serving his community in a different way now, as Vice President of the Jefferson County Republican Club and on the Jefferson County Code Commission.
Billy believes that small government, Republican values are what make for good governance and a thriving community.
